A Process Art Studio for kids
Located in Historic Downtown Americus, GA
Process Art is…
art that is more focused on the experiences and techniques of art making rather than the finished product. For example, kids may explore texture using various tools at a clay station rather than making a ceramic project to take home.
What We Do:
Encourage Families & Kids to:
Connect with loved ones and friends.
Create openly and with curiosity.

Meet Ms. Madison
Madison is a professional artist and wedding/lifestyle photographer turned children’s art studio owner. After living in Atlanta for the better part of a decade, she and her family now reside in the Americus Historic District where they love the feel of small town life. Frustrated by the lack of both personal and professional flexibility traditional classroom teaching had to offer, the idea behind Art Hive was born from a place of curiosity as to what teaching art “could be”. What started as teaching private art lessons from her home office and planning fun art activities for her toddler quickly turned into a fun, whimsical, all inclusive brand that local families have come to love and adore. All Art Hive classes and events are run on a reservation only basis so Madison can continue to put family first and set aside time for her other creative work.
